Changes to LWV website

1. I've posted info on how to make a tax-deductible bequest to the LWV Education Fund (it's on the Local League portion of the website).
2. The calendar is now more interactive. I'm still happy to be the main person responsible for posting events there, but for times I'm out of town, like May 13-21, I thought it would be a good idea to let Board members and committee chairs post also. I've sent those people the password they'll need to log in and edit the calendar. Bit of trivia: an interactive website that a lot of people can easily edit is called a wiki.
   
3. Wiki interactive sites for various local LWV committees are also in the works. That way, committees can tell people who they are and what they're up to. --Hey, maybe some of these LWV-MO studies, like the Charter Schools study and the Immigration study might be able to do some collaboration by way of a wiki! Save on postage and in-state long distance charges!
   
4. If this wiki thing takes off, I could see the wikis taking place of this blog at some point. Seems like it's sort of tricky to get logged into Blogger to post topics.
